The café is operated by SHS Ltd, Central Hospitality a subsidiary of the University of Stirling.
From Tue 2 Jan, the Cafe Bar at Macrobert will be open as follows:
Wed to Sat, 10am – late: Open with Full Menu service
Sun to Tue, 10am – late: A reduced menu including Mac’n’Cheese, baked potatoes, sandwiches and salads will be available from the Bar.

Macrobert's Kiosk will be open throughout the week for hot drinks, soft drinks and confectionery during Macrobert opening hours, with pre-pack alcoholic drinks service during busy shows.
Kiosk is open selling a wide range of pre-packaged snacks and drinks.
